BIG FUN FOR LITTLE BODIES

Regular participation in physical activity by children and young adolescents is essential for their optimum growth, development and ongoing health and well being. The Australian Government Guidelines for children are that they need at least 60 minutes (and up to several hours) of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day. Strength training is part of this recommendation as scientific evidence shows that strength training should be part of a comprehensive health enhancement strategy for all boys and girls, including those with a disinterest in physical activity.

Forever Young Fitness Solutions embraces having children 'celebrate life through movement' and offers fitness services for children and youth from 4 years of age. Activities are designed to suit the age and size of each child individually with the emphasis on making movement fun and achievable. If your child doesn't have an interest in sport because they are always the last one picked for a team, then perhaps this is the environment for them!

Please note that children under 12 are required to have an adult guardian present during each session.
