CARDIO TRAINING FOR INCREASED FITNESS
If you want more pace for your sport or need to increase your cardio-respiratory fitness for any reason, then here is your solution.
On the treadmill, spin bike, rower or outside, you can get as fit and fast as you want.
Your 8-week commitment is for 2 or 3 sessions a week, for 30 or 60 minutes - (depending on your needs and time constraints).
This program will compliment any other training you may be doing.
