With focus on stability and functional strength and fitness, you will find yourself supported and encouraged to listen to your body and to know your limits as a soon-to-be, or new mum.
Feel content with bringing baby along for your workout – there are plenty of toys, a playpen, highchair, change table and cot available, and at times baby can even join in!
Due to the ever changing nature of a pregnant or post pregnancy body, PAYG PT sessions (single units or packs of 10) only are available.
I am certified to train Pre and Post Natal clients, and require you have a doctors clearance prior to starting.
