Recover and repair program

OUR SIGNATURE REHABILITATION PROGRAM

Injury, illness, post surgical, even general poor biomechanics can be rehabilitated.

If you are prone to injury or weakness, you can strengthen for injury prevention.

Your 8-week commitment is for 2 or 3 workouts a week, for either 30 or 60 minutes (depending on your needs, time constraints, ability to do homework and the state of any relevant injury or condition).

Your program will be written in conjunction with any specialist advice and or recommendations and will compliment any other rehabilitation or training you may be doing.

This program will take you from where your initial treatment finishes (eg physio) to have you capable of returning to sport, general activities or just an active lifestyle as you wish.

I am certified to train clients rehabilitating after the acute phase (of injury, surgery or onset of condition) has been addressed by a healthcare practitioner, and require you have a doctors (or allied healthcare professionals) clearance prior to starting.
