Your 8-week commitment is for 2 or 3 workouts a week, for either 30 or 60 minutes (depending on your needs and time constraints).
Your resistance program will be updated regularly to keep your body adapting and your mind interested. A variety of training methods will be used to best suit your goals and to compliment any other training you may be doing.
As a bonus you will have a free spray tan each week to help you look hot no matter what the season!
